It's made by Frost River. I don't think they make that particular model any more, but they have many similar packs and other canvas products.
Is that a young bear cub?
Conservation agent guessed it to be 2-3 years old, female, not quite to breeding age. Bears over 1 year are legal to harvest. She was hiding out in the brush on the very edge of public land within a half mile of a housing development and a golf course. Lots of potential to become a nuisance animal if she hadn't already.
