Nobody gives a damn who you block.  You can simply remove the reading function from the client and no one will know about it, just as no one will give a fuck. This is both a plus and a minus. The advantage is that it is resistant to censorship, the disadvantage is that commercial brands will not tolerate this and simply will not use Nostr.
