Yup. Mastodon/Fediverse is thriving with their current user  base of slightly over 1 million users. 

Small is good. 

Only thing that sucks is messenger/social fragmentation.

 I would be happy about bridges between messengers, fragmentation would be avoided. It’s the role that #nostr should play. Not that it is adopted massively. 

 We need good bridges =) The mostr bridge to the fediverse does not work right 

 I haven’t even tried it.
