Have me come in and separate all them and then reformat the questionnaire so it doesn’t give away who the people is based on how they submit their proposals so it’s more fairly judged
see i'd go with keeping the proposal input form the same but make the review process/phases more transparent... whats in the queue when the next review is any rejection reason or need more info
OK, I’m coming from a place of like high-level promotions in the military. That’s how we did them because to make them more fair I would provide the necessary information. The officers needed without giving their names. Then it was more transparent. Also they had to go depending on the metrics they had to finish everything in one day so then it wouldn’t the attitude and everything would still be the same. Does that make sense to you?
military promotions based on TIS, merit etc are not equivical to how different project proposals are assessed. Its far more easier to be objective when treating people as just stats vs that where the end goals of projects differ. every review system can be gamed due to the parties involved, but we can make it easier to see if thats the case
How long were you in the military and specifically what branch because maybe that’s part of the issue here? Genuinely not sassy 💁🏻♀️ just saying depending on the level etc we agree. I mean for what it’s worth I designed mini systems when I was in the army that were eventually adopted by the department of the army so I kind of know what the fuck I’m talking about…
