military promotions based on TIS, merit etc are not equivical to how different project proposals are assessed. Its far more easier to be objective when treating people as just stats vs that where the end goals of projects differ. every review system can be gamed due to the parties involved, but we can make it easier to see if thats the case
How long were you in the military and specifically what branch because maybe that’s part of the issue here? Genuinely not sassy 💁🏻♀️ just saying depending on the level etc we agree.
I mean for what it’s worth I designed mini systems when I was in the army that were eventually adopted by the department of the army so I kind of know what the fuck I’m talking about…
