I loaded some sats onto that wallet at the end of January. I was able to perform one transaction before it stopped working.

@Blockstream never responded to any of my support tickets. Clearly they don’t care. Avoid using Lightning on Green unless you want to get rugged and ignored.

 @Blockstream has effectively rugged me for 400K sats, since there’s no way in the app to close your channel and restore your funds. 

And when you try to ask for help they say, “Well, we told you it was experimental.”

 And you can’t drain out the wallet ? 

 10K sats coming your way if you can find a way to do it. 

 Have you tried to move to other lightning wallet but in small batches ? 

 Yeah. No transaction of any size worked. 

 Did you write down the recovery phase? 

 It didn’t provide one when I created it but I just downloaded the app update and it has one. I’m going to try a recovery with it. 

 Wait, the newest update contains a BIP-85 seed phrase that I’m almost certain it didn’t have before. I’m going to try to recover the funds that way.

 I think I’m going to need someone to explain to me what to do. I can import the seed phrase into a new wallet, but after that I’m not sure what my next action should be. 

 Sweep 🧹 to a new address, yeah?! 

 That’s what I want to do but I still don’t see a way to actually close the channel in this app.

 By different I mean a different a wallet provider that’s not blockstream 

 Yes, I imported it into BlueWallet. But in Green it still looks like nothing has changed. Don’t see a way to force close it. 

 And in blue wallet were you able to see / spend your sats? 

 I would try another third party wallet like aqua or some shit just incase as a Hail Mary 

 Try mutiny, it’ll force close all on its own
