@theo h. mann I fucked up this bad once. My immediate reaction was to take the pan outside and let it burn itself out. It was raining, so everything worked itself out pretty fast. :shrug:
One time I had a candle, I put some bits of paper on it to fully melt the wax and the fire got really big and hot, so I dumped my drink on it to put it out but it was mostly ice so it started popping and sparking and shitting hot wax everywhere, I couldn't even grab the candle from all the heat it was giving off, ended up scorching and cracking the countertop.
