 Good question! One guy ( @94153162 ) still uses it fairly regularly and every time I see his posts I'm always surprised!

 No, I mean like how is it still up if you haven't paid the bills? Wouldn't your hosting provider normally shut it down?

 They cut off my access to the VPS shell, but somehow the services are still running. Maybe the host is as incompetent at shell hosting as I am at instance administration!
