 I do yoga for exercise and I’ve been working on the Eka Pada Sirsasana pose. It’s been okay.

 Yoga is too hard for me lol I’m kinda lazy so I go for Pilates because I can lay down for half of the class 
 🤣 it’s only hard in the beginning. Your body adjust overtime 
 📠 Gotta push through that comfort zone 
 Get comfortable with being uncomfortable. The ultramarathoners favorite mantra.
