I think the framing that anything less than 10M sats is small is stupid and gate keeping. 

Majority of real “payments” on the LN are probably like $25-$250 or 40k-400k sats. 

Channels below 1M in size are definitely too small. 2M is sort of still small but fine. Anything more and you are good.
