Like the people in Sagan's book Contact that used the tunnels, but didn't build them - like the crews attempting to stabilize Ring World, I feel like a hack vs. the architects of the WWW that understood graphs and semantics. This is what I'm looking at that motivated the OP. I'm creating my own triple schema. OWL does not work for human cognition. It works for machine cognition. I should add that #CharlesPeirce is in this mix, as is #BarrySmith (#BFO).
