 @3967703f Sounds like a good reason to take a day for yourself if you can.  Many caregivers die before the person they are caring for because they neglect their own health care needs.

 @383059e4 😢 Funny, it's crossed my mind that could happen. It actually drives me to work out and think about self-care. It would instantly kill my parents if something happened to me.

 @3967703f I spent three plus years trying to care for my desperately ill mother so I know a bit what you are going through.  Literally so stressed out I started having chest pains and had to have a heart cath.

 @383059e4 Sorry that happened.❤️ It's so stressful, that it sadly makes a lot of sense to me.  I suffer from very serious anxiety and have an inherited heart issue I found out about in the last few years. My sanity and my health necessitate that I stay on top of it.
