 no...haven't for a long time, it's too much of a hassle (if you want anyone to actually receive your mails), i use protonmail to handle my domain's email

 Self as in, on your own local machine as a server like a Pi or Start9 or something? No. But my biz partner and I lease a server in MI and have our own emails through the hosting company we run.
