Checking in for days 9 and 10

My back was hurting Monday but much worse yesterday - I think I overdid something on Sunday - so day 9 was pretty much a wash but I did some gentle movement just to keep in the spirit of things.
A bit better today, but will stick to walking - about 20' done so far and about to go out for a longer walk now.

 Thank you! This sometimes happens when I re-start workouts. I trigger some weird pathway. I was hoping to avoid it this time by mixing things up so much.
