 Pretty much lol! Although we have cheap tech now so if you are really careful with your money, it'll go way farther than those boomers ever had the opportunity to even though they were privileged over others with fractional reserve and messed up property rights. 

 This doesn't help anyone.  Anyone that thinks Boomers had it easy young has never looked at a 18% mortgage rate.
