 Do you do these things often? 
 Just the whisky 🥃. Other stuff doesn’t do it for me.. I got pain meds the other day for an entrapped nerve and they barely work.. Not even worth taking.. 
 Had one in my lower back like 4 years ago, from a bad chair, I tolerate pain pretty good, stayed with it for 2 months, finally went to the doctor, he sent me to medical massage, went there, the only available slot was in one month, went to the first Thai massage business I could find on the street, the guy there fixed me in 30 minutes.
So massage and stretching could work maybe? 
 Wow that was a wonderful plot twist 🥳 
 I’ve been to a few massage therapists, a chiropractor, mri.. Seems to be getting slightly better after 6 months, but nothing worked.. I have faith that time heals most wounds 🤙

 sounds rough.  i had a bunch of morphine last week.  totally expected it to be much stronger than what i felt, but it was indeed totally relaxing.  

hope you feel better soon enough…time does wonders, especially with lots of good rest, great nutrition & minimal stress❕💪 
 Yoga, massage, chiropractor adjustment can all be beneficial... Hope you find relief beyond the whiskey and/or pain meds. ✨🙏
