@3967703f I do this every phone call too. I have so little patience for support calls in general though that usually my wife steps in. I know it ain't the fault of the person on the other end of the line but... damn I have no patience for shitty companies and it shows way too quickly on most calls.

 @7fd7f887 😃 Yeah, you have to know who you are. Fortunately, you have someone to hand it off to. If I've had enough for one fucking day, I hand off to my husband who takes no fucking prisoners.

 @7fd7f887 Thanks! I did. So, they kept telling me they were out because he normally gets a 3 month supply. They had enough for one month, but not 3, hence they told me they were out of it? Just wtf. He'll DIE without these meds. I just don't fucking get the stupidity. 🤷🏾‍♀️

 @7fd7f887 I HATE it too. This was an insurance/money issue, nothing more. I'm hoping I don't have to fight, but if I do, I will. 🙄
