Possibly you have mentioned it elsewhere and I had not read it: What gears does your Brompton have?
Looks like hub gears with 3 gears?

 @f5fe7af1 My bicycle is a standard C-line #Brompton with 6 gears and with a chainring with 44 teeth.

 @b95724cf I have no idea whether my Brompton has a BWR or a BSR. These two terms are completely new to me. Obviously I need to do some research here.
