 Exactly there is nothing odd on it.  
 I'm not certain it used to be canola oil and I think that egg used to be the first ingredient. I'm a dolt though, so...

 Hm, you're right. It's egg and oil is poured in, I'm sorry. I didn't make it for a few years now. Although when salt, pepper, white fat joghurt, garlic and a bit of spicy ketchup are added, it makes a really nice fresh sauce for steamed veggies.
I have my own opinions about canola oil, I found that disgusting since the first time I smelled the thing. If, then sunflower.
