 Testing now. 

I tried using the "except for images and videos" preset. My local relay, citrine, didn't connect and showed a socks error.

 I had the same problem. Disabling tor for Trusted Relays fixed it, but I think localhost should always be exempt from the tor circuit to prevent failure connecting to local relays.
