I think, video is critical for a platform, with nostr being a protocol, without video censorship resistant, it is only text censorship resistant, plus No nostr clients can host terabytes of videos like X, Facebook, YouTube, nostr clients and users must have a way to make money and being truly censorship resistant. The world will not change with text only news. Nostr is nothing with just text and nostr clients relying videos hosted on YouTube or X. Videos convey emotion and trust that no poetic text can
nostr could make bittorrent great again
I was talking to bram cohen about bittorrent live, it was supposed to make video live streaming even better, but it got taken over by corporate interests and shareholders and all that fun stuff. Still lots of optimizations we could do at the protocol level to improve decentralized video.

Yay! š i image notes with embed video ( live leeched stream from seeds), and payment options: preview ( free? ), continue to watch ( pay by zap some amount), a mechanism to distribute zaps from seeds, just some ideas. I am a amateur IT guy, this is beyond me to implement.
