a good society would deem it to be a crime to capture images without explicit permission, not just "you are on camera" signs
it would not be a crime in such a society to burn out the CCD sensors of every single camera that is sited in a public place
i think it's pretty hard for them to stop anyone from doing this either, just building the green light laser and infrared aiming system that makes it easy and fast
How can you say it would not be a crime to burn out the CCD sensors of these cameras? They define what is a crime; you would be destroying "public property". Or do you just mean that it wouldn't be immoral?
