I don't think there's an easy way.

In Amethyst you could create a single note with the details & edit it as you get updates. I'm not sure if other clients support note edits though.

I believe people can suggest updates to that note too but most people would just reply to the note.

Nostr notes also don't support tables so formatting would be a bit ugly.
