 Honestly. If a node can run on Raspberry pi. Any PC would do. 

The main benefit is you’ll get a waaay better cpu, better SSD (instead of an external SSD limited by the speed of a USB port) and the ability to expand ram if needed. 

I went with an i5, 2Tb nvme, and 8gb of ram. Anything above that is just more headroom. Though I don’t necessarily think it’s needed. 
 Even a PentiumSilver is up for the task. I'm running core+electrs+lnd on a N6000 with 8GB. Draws close to no power at all and works like a charm.
