I've been to an AA meeting before and it helped but it was also weird.  but yea, if it gets bad I'll go to one and keep going as I do want to be sober for the rest of 2023 and as much as I don't want to admit it AA might be the way to go

 I mean, I'm going to make an effort poast tomorrow about Sober October and I would like to think that I won't be alone
