Do wallet settings open when you try to zap someone?
No. I tapped the ⚡️ icon on a few different notes and nothing happened
have you tried completely deleting the app and reinstalling?
I just tried deleting and reinstalling and have the same behavior. Side note: why was I already logged in after reinstalling?
nsec is stored in keychain locally and isn't erased when the app is deleted, we will probably change that before the final release

Sorry about that, I tried to implement some sort of a fix, but since I couldn’t replicate the bug it obviously wasn’t the best attempt. I’m very confused at what could be causing it, my best guess is some sort of a OS error, but I have no way of knowing for sure. Sadly I don’t think I will be able to fix it until I’m able to reproduce it, and it seems like an extremely niche bug, you are the only person reporting it. If you have any other iOS device maybe you could try installing it there, just to make sure it’s tied to your device and not your account. Please let me know the results, thanks.
I really appreciate your detailed response and efforts with this issue. I do not have another iOS device unfortunately. While reviewing this thread, I’m curious if you guys ended up changing the Keychain nsec storage for the full release?
