I was tracking this along with other OSINTers on Twitter in 2021. We tracked the C130's to and from Kiev. They were supplying a bankrupt and sanctioned military, who then used those NATO weapons to kill civilians. In fact majority of the Ukrainians were evacuated, which is why Putin got an ICC arrest warrant for removing the children and elderly as well as men and woman from Ukraine into Russia (behind the border)

If you want, I have western media who recorded and filmed this - as it was PRIOR to the Russian invasion and they didn't have a complete bias as they do now. That's the irony too.
