Back in the day, drugs were real and life savings. Now, its all about the money so they don't make real drugs anymore.

As long as they haven't corrupted the old drugs, I believe they are truly helpful.

Nah, the new testing is better. When a vaccine that has real hazards is found, it is withdrawn, e. g. the rotavirus vaccine withdrawn in 1999 after it was found to be associated with intussusception. (Do you have any idea how hard that word is to spell, even when you are looking right at it?)
