Hello #foodstr. This is called "Zucchini filling". It is filled with rice & ground beef and generally served with yoghurt here in Turkey. https://image.nostr.build/4eddd756309977b602ab54fb3d9772817beee16a6a5d46d6c623f962f2b07162.jpg

Looks delicious! We have a dish very similar to this called sarma (stuffed cabbage), and I love it!
We also have that too called lahana sarma in Turkey too. Love it too (hard to make tho) https://image.nostr.build/69afb0d345479ec92830aafbfdee07abf22660c3d314f1c829f1e7141fa79b71.jpg
Interesting. The two dishes look similar, what is the difference between the two (lahana sarma & Zucchini filling)? Yes, sarma is hard to make so we often make it more like a casserole, or as we say in the Midwest, hotdish. 😁
Not much difference between them but cabbage sarma is often eaten cold but for zucchini you can't do that. That is because meat inside cabbage is boiled so it is much softer than zucchini
eating this makes me feel like a cannibal.
Why? It is mostly vegetables in your book 😆
