I saw it at a burger restaurant one time, ordered it out of curiosity, loved it, and make one for myself when I’m grilling at least once a year. The pb gets all melty and accents the flavor of the burger surprisingly well.

I like simple burgers, just good beef, cheese and maybe a little lettuce & tomato. Pineapple, beetroot, etc ruins the flavour of the meat!
