@b30368b8 The problem is the super slow HDD not OS, try external SSD. Install and boot from it, and it will fly even with ultra cheap usb3 sata ssd. 

 @dc63d357 I considered that but this my spare computer so Imma utilize the 1TB hdd mostly as my backup
