 Another incoming revelation for many: 

Our genetics are undergoing a shift, along with our bioelectric fields. 

We are solar, spiritual beings, and even these temporary meat suits are conduits and amplifiers of frequency. 

There is an agenda to disrupt this bio-spiritual process, centering on the DNA. 

It is multifold in its delivery systems, but one of the most prominent is in what is consumed as sustenance. 

Our food in general is not food at all. It is highly deliberately toxin-filled, genetic polluting garbage. 

As we become more hyper-sensitized to energy, what we consume will reflect this more pronouncedly. 

Many are experiencing adverse effects from most mainstream food items. 

Digestive issues. Skin issues. Immune responses. Allergies. Mood swings. Brain fog. Etc.

One hack that many are becoming increasingly aware of is the power of carefully selecting what and WHEN to eat. 

Nothing can beat intermittent fasting in terms of clearing toxins from the cells, digestive tract, and clearing our energy and resetting prime genetic coding. 

It is in a very real sense a total detox mechanism and clearing of pollutants from the inside out. 

If you are feeling blocked, physically, mentally, or spiritually, I would highly recommend looking into adding intermittent fasting to your routine, along with deep, focused breathwork, and sun gazing. 

It is similar to strapping on spiritual armor and priming the body-mind-spirit triad to get through nearly all the weird assaults we find ourselves being bombarded with in these times.

 Fasting is nature’s ozempic

Just this morning, I was expressing that with the food currently available in supermarkets - even most 'organic' products - we are essentially microdosing toxic substances every day. The food is also deprived of its original nourishing potential for various (often economic) reasons.

Added up, this causes a constant low level of inflammation in our bodies which is a natural reaction for activating our innate immune systems against toxins. If we have inflammation for too long - and we do - and then add to it all the other stressors in our lives (environment, livelihood, anxieties etc.) then we develop modern-day chronic diseases. We become dependent on specific medicines which alleviate some suffering, but don't heal the disease.

There are natural ways to address latent inflammation, breathwork in particular, which simultaneously heightens our awareness of body sensations.

Once this awareness is established, we can listen to and trust our bodies better, and as you well said ... eat responsibly, eat less, rise in consciousness. What we take in is what we will be made of tomorrow.
