 Afghan carrots are amazing in curries. I thought they were sweet peppers. Until I was told what they are. They cook them. In sugar.

 I can order (not as sweet) red carrots from the local farms, or pick them up at the farmer’s market (usually too lazy to walk down there), but I have such an attitude from the orange ones….

I have issues with carrots.
