The majority self inflict dysphoria by pursuing complex psychological/sexual behaviour. As a way of meeting their own sexual/emotional needs. This unconventional sex life carries a psychological cost in the form of distress and detachment from reality. Leading to false conscious beliefs about ones true identity.
