been one month since i’ve had alcohol or caffeine
LFG 🔥💜🙌
Good job, man. I'll have a few extra Guinness for you this weekend on Saint Patrick's Day. 🫂
Already on it, but well done Jack…🤙🏼 https://image.nostr.build/96485446ab6b87b4977dd4b2cdbb32e3726d9c7189828c969bc528096b8fc72f.jpg
So brave.
Good work bro. Quitting caffeine is no joke.
The caffeine part is highly underrated. That's harder than the alcohol, imo.
Congrats bro 💪🏽
Been thinking about quitting alcohol
You should be feeling much better, these are habits that feel good in the short term but it eventually catches up to you and begin to feel weighed down.
I had a no caffeine day the other day and felt like shit. I'm going to monitor and reduce my intake. Congrats on your achievement 🥳
caffeine withdrawals are miserable. you just have to commit with conviction, only lasts a week or so
and how is it?
double down? not bad! 💪
Nice work!!! Have you noticed any health benefits? Or just more spare fiat to stack with?
> 6M no alc! 🫡
Jack I've got two words for you. CROSSFIT
The alcohol part I could definitely join you with (up to 9 months without even a glass of red wine) but the caffeine, my god, I don’t I don’t know if I can do that - yet. Let’s see how it goes. Keep you posted. 😂🤣🤝🫡💪🏾
Congratulations 🫂

Congrats 🎉 Mind over matter 👏🏻🫂🚀
Can we still have weed?

OR caffeine it's a hard one here... BUT 3 months sober! o/
congrats. 3 months off booze myself. too much to do. alcohol destroys your state of flow from one day to the next, it's amazing the exponential continuity that exists when you don't break your flow with alcohol. it really is a shitcoin.
That sounds terrible and boring! Unless if you have a drinking problem (Alcoholic), then a GOOD thing!
Well done. I quit caffeine in late 2023 and my sleep appears to be better since. I rarely drink alcohol but a few glasses of Martini Asti per year is allright.
Are you having decaf coffee still?
nope
Congrats! Stick with it, I can attest to the long term benefit and value of your decision. #worthit
I understand the no alcohol stance, but I'm not on board with the no caffeine approach. Moderation is key, and if your body becomes too accustomed to high caffeine intake, taking a few weeks off can help reset your baseline. Besides that, I didn’t notice any benefits from not consuming caffeine. Do you?
NIce job!
Been off alcohol for years but not coffee. I’m inspired. Which was worse?
Me too, 32 days. Booze, caffeine, & processed sugar. Been a tough one but plugging along.
42 days for me with no booze. Tripled my coffee consumption at the same time. Life is better without habitual boozing.
Winner!
How does it feel ?
Quitting alcohol was the single best life decision I’ve made.
