I bought some more jars to replace what I gave away last year. This weekend I need to get my ass in gear and can can can. I'm back to work in two weeks on nights, which means nothing is going to get done if I don't do it now.

The black tomatoes don't seem to want to ripen (they're black, but the insides are green and crunchy. I'm probably going to have to give up on black spaghetti sauce this year and pickle them instead. My own fault again for starting them so late, especially a cultivar that isn't short season.
