I decided today that I want a watch. I'm a watch guy now. Just one, inexpensive watch that will look good in formal.
A few recommendations... Two of my favorite watches in my collection:

Casio Rose Gold that you can find for around $25. Considered by watch collectors to be the best value watch ever. A true classic.

The second one is a Swiss Made Glycine. It is considered an entry level Swiss watch. You can find it for around $300, which is a great deal for an automatic, mechanical Swiss watch.

As much as I love the suggestions, the one I got is classy and makes me happy. Bought a few sports coats from the thrift store so a grand total of $35 for my shopping spree lol
Awesome! Send a pic of the watch you got.
Not to disappoint anyone, but when I said this, my budget was <$20 lol. I got this one for $10 and it makes me happy. It's the little things in life.

It isn't always the cost that matters. I've had a Rolex (a gift from my father) and a Timex. I liked the Timex better. It had indiglo, so I could see it in the dark. The Rolex would get dirty and quit keeping proper time after 3-5 years and have to be cleaned. The cleaning cost was several hundred dollars. I could buy at least 10 Timex's for that price. Such a waste of money.
