How to go out of business: https://i.nostr.build/s02t2qpV6PjeXKRI.jpg
To me it sounds like management needs to increase wages by 25%.
Is that English for "pay our staff cause we pay minimum wage"?
I would go in and order and tip 24% just to be "that guy"
I tip for exceptional service and not to pay your staff's wages. Tips are a bonus and not a wage or part of your pay. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. nostr:nevent1qvzqqqqqqypzpckv7l8jqspl8u4y54dn9rcduwlrs4v2040nxce0m2h0cunvrj8tqqsr6l6z27a9h3up9tq2d265jsca5nlh5m4n8q4x600xnaxtpxqt6qc0qlg39
I would count that like the restaurants that had signs up blaming covid for staffing issues, slow order times, and rising prices. Sure thing you should just leave because the place sucks. The owner likes to blame everyone but their decisions for their businesses issues. Good restaurants kept staff just fine and just silently raised prices as needed knowing that the market would continue to demand a quality product.
no problem in idaly where VAT is already @25% 🤣
I waited tables while taking classes. Every restaurant paid servers $2.13 per hour. If you don't get the best shifts and best tables, it sucked. I switched over to line cook and started at $9, then $13, and now its $15-18 at most restaurants; outside of being a professional sous chef or head chef at a boutique ristorante or banquet setup.
Isnt it supposed to be optional?
