You could do that or a photo. I just share the YouTube video I follow along. It makes it easier for me to have someone count for me and give me a few squat variation of slight difference in muscles I am working.

Never done a squat in my life. 

(Have an active and athletic hard work lifestyle, never really needed to work out). 

But I think I can manage 100 squats a day until Wednesday 😆

I eat balanced and essentially what I want. I'm an adventurous cook, one of my hobbies.
