 I decided I was drinking too many cappuccinos, so for the month of April I am drinking zero coffee.

Felt vaguely “down” for a couple days but now feel better.

 I’d kill for a cappuccino, the milk, the sugar… it’d probably kill me though 
 Once you get to the other side of no caffeine life is better 
 I went 7 years without coffee. No arguments. I likely consumed some caffeinated tea but it’s negligible compared to heavy coffee consumption. 
 That's a rough move 😄 
 Do not underestimate the power of the dark side. 😈😈😈☕️☕️☕️ 
 Drink coffee while you're alive. You can abstain when you're dead.

 Matcha tea is a better alternative for coffee and healthier too. 
 I prefer iced tea with a mint shoot. 🥤

 I was drinking 1.5L of coffee / day at one point. 
Completelly off for about a year now and never had that mutch energy. 

I had to make a ton of other transformations to get here but i feel way better.

It's not just about coffee but if we feel the need to get coffee to keep going, something else is wrong somewhere. 
 Just why?! Coffee equals life. 
 Same fuck coffee, it's like a little drug  
 I drink mostly tea, feeling much better and positive this way. It's also a huge rabbit hole to get into quality tea, from green to oolong and pu-err which actually makes you high ;) 
 If you feel your coffee consumption impacts your well being, it's good to reset but otherwise coffee is actually one of the few "addictions" that are generally agreed to be beneficial:

 Got to hit the Flat Whites 
 stop at 2 cups. none after noon 
 Quitting cold turkey is tough. I recommend tapering instead. 
 any other caffeine?

 Having haed aches if not consuming should be a sign to step back for a while. But it’s hard. 😵‍💫

 I've been alcohol sober for 5 years but fuuuuuuuck that. Imma have a coffee a day. 
 Life’s too short, espresso is too good. 
 My rule is all caffeine consumption must be done by 8am and after that it’s decaf only. 
 I did the same. One week in, felt like I had a sense of calm. 
 I went through the struggle.  Was drinking 6-8 cups of coffee daily.   I now feel like i have more energy.  Using herbal chai with cinnamon as a substitute
