 I know that stage. Keep us updated. Nostr and Bitcoin not over the Internet should be the goal.

 Agreed. The main issue is bandwidth.  FM speeds using vhf/uhf for nostr text only would be decent.

I'm working on HF radio nostr. It is slow, and has many limitations.
