My experience:

1 payment to my own LND node with lots of liquidity: successful

All subsequent payments of any amount to any other wallet failed. 

These include:

Zeus
Phoenix
Mutiny
Alby
My node again 

 I just tried to send 212121 sats to Mutiny and it worked well.
But it's really often that I'm having problems like you are experiencing to be fair 

 This is an attempt to send 10,000 sats to my Primal address which is built on Strike. Should be no problem to find a route, eh?
