Wait awhile (at least a day or several)

Swap back to BTC in different amounts (not all at once) and at different times

The difficulty and necessity of doing it this way is due to Bitcoins transparency. Obviously if you were transacting on Monero none of this would be necessary.
Although it can be better privacy than on-chain Bitcoin, Liquid and Lightning do not provide the same robust privacy/anonymity and simplicity that Monero offers.
