Yeah but the Bitcoin conf is literally the most general audience conference there is. Thats their target. Is to get people interested to want to come learn more and meet big names.
Makes sense to me, just don’t expect some in depth cypherpunk discussions, detailed technical dev work, etc.

I don’t really care one way or another, and don’t get me wrong it’s excited that high profile people are getting into Bitcoin. I just think that we should hold these people to a high standard in order to get a platform at the biggest Bitcoin event.
It’s obviously completely out of my control.
