 Reminds me about how in the early 1900s you could order an entire house from Sears and all the components come and you could build it yourself.  Some of those houses are still standing today.  Let's bring this way back!

 I'm ambivalent on the tiny house scene (some are amazing and some are dystopia) (this one looks cool actually), but I will say I would love to move my family into a double wide and dump our home equity into bitcoin, but compromises are a must.

 Brother I am with you on that. The Boxable foldable does seem a bit dystopia. Double wides, shipping containers and affordable pole barn options seem more feasible.
