don't make a routing node without high quality

you can make crappy nodes for sending and receiving but don't pretend to be making service with your 5 year old rpi and ADSL1 internet connection 
 The "don't go be pretending you're going to milk this thing" is fair ground to me. I agree that does not happen and it shouldn't be a goal to see it running a node that way.  Small channels faces the question of how small is small; guided by miners fee, even a quarter of a million could be enough to start playing over the lnbits interface and give new users introductions to the protocol. Could be examples; however the one I see with curiosity is that of size and value along Globe's demographics, that being, a one million channel could be seen as useless in Europe, not so much alike over Latin America; later imagination could fly over places where number bias has already been tricked...
