Modified NA bases by 2005 weren’t novel and their impact on inflammation response to mRNA is more specialized than general interest. Hindsight is 20/20 after all. External leadership is needed to realize genuine systemic reform. But, if SOS behavior in mCDR is any indication, it’s not happening anytime soon.
