are you going to a normal gym? Where are you training for hyrox ?
No, I actually just do all my training at the CrossFit gym. I mostly use CrossFit WODs, sometimes adjust them to be more aerobic than anaerobic (lighter weight, faster unbroken reps). Then I sometimes use the CrossFit gym to do extra workouts outside of classes (sled pushes etc).
