 What prevents you from doing some physical activity daily, if I may ask? 
 lack of motivation sometimes, especially when I have other things to do in the morning like today. 
 15 days is better than 0 so don't let a few busy days stop you 
 Also, if you don’t have time for 60, 15-30mins of exercise daily is better than 0 
 Today, I don't feel like doing anything. 

I'll warm up, then I'll  put a 10 min timer and do as many reps as I can of a dumbbell burpees combo.

Do you overhead press them at the end of the rep? 
 100%

Push-up --> rows --> deadlift --> clean --> squat --> shoulder press
