I ๐ agree with a lot of this, but a major point I donโt agree with: humans ๐ฅ do need carbohydrates. They cannot produce glycogen ๐ without carbohydrates. And ๐ all grains, including rice? Seems like Japanese people ๐ฅ do pretty well with it. I agree ๐ with eliminating all added sugars, and any simple ๐ carbohydrates. I also ๐ agree ๐ we donโt need as ๐ฏ many ๐ vegetables as pushed.
